Sleeping on Your Stomach
Sleeping on your stomach is one of the worst things you can do for yourself and your nighttime rest. Actually, this position does not give you sufficient space to rest or get any relaxation. This position strains all your muscles on your neck and back, that it is definitely the main culprit why you are feeling so tired and exhausted in the morning. If you want to get better rest at night, make sure you avoid this position and assume a different position while sleeping.
Sleeping On The Side
Sleeping on the side is not really as bad as sleeping on your stomach, but it really depends what it means. It is better than sleeping in a fetal position since it allows your back to be straightened, but it is still not entirely good for rest, especially during the entire night. The thing that you could do to make this position better is place a pillow between your knees. This will give you the support you need and keep your spine in the correct position.
